Your Marketing Team is operated by July Story LTD. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit this website or contact us.
Information and purposes
Our enquiry form collects your name, business name, email, optional phone number, location, package interest, message and consent. The short question form collects only your name, email, optional phone number, question and consent. We use these details to respond, prepare a proposal and communicate about your request. An enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Our hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information and access logs to operate and protect the site. The form uses a session cookie and short-lived, hashed network identifiers for abuse prevention. We do not ask for sensitive personal information.
Service providers and video
Enquiries are sent through our hosting mail system to our business contact inbox, at info@yourmarketingteam.ca. Hosting and email providers process information to deliver these services. Vimeo is contacted only when you choose to load a video; it may receive your IP address, device details and viewing activity. Providers may process information outside Canada under the laws of those jurisdictions. See Vimeo’s privacy policy.
Spam protection
Forms use server-side validation, a hidden bot-trap field and rate limiting. When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled, Cloudflare processes device and network information to assess automated traffic. We send the verification token to Cloudflare to validate it before sending a message. This security check does not subscribe you to marketing. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Cookies and optional measurement
We store your cookie preferences locally. Optional analytics and advertising measurement are disabled by default and require your choice before configured tags load. You can change your choice through Cookie settings in the footer. See our Cookie Policy.
Retention and protection
We retain enquiry correspondence only as needed to respond, manage a resulting business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us about retention or request deletion, subject to legal requirements. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask about our practices or withdraw consent, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. Withdrawal may limit our ability to respond or deliver a requested service. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
